Refunds for Credit Purchases

All credit purchases made on GitCase are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used credits. Once credits are purchased, they are added to your account for use within the platform. Please ensure you are aware of the services you are purchasing credits for before completing the transaction.

Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the credits you have purchased, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will investigate the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or provide replacement credits, depending on the situation.

No Refunds for User Error

GitCase is not responsible for user errors, including but not limited to incorrect use of the platform, accidental credit purchases, or selecting the wrong project or file transformation. Please double-check your transactions before finalizing them.

Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, we may offer discretionary refunds. These refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of GitCase management. To request a discretionary refund, please contact our support team with full details of your issue.
